Memorable Moment:
- The “Blake Street Bombers” of 1995 – Larry Walker, Andres Galarraga, Dante Bichette and Vinny Castilla -- led the team to its only playoff berth in the franchise’s third year, the team’s first year in the brand-new Coors Field. The Rockies lost in the National League Division Series to the eventual champion Atlanta Braves in four games.
- The Rockies won their first NL pennant in 2007, making an incredible late-season rally, winning 14 of their final 15 games and forcing a one-game playoff that they won over San Diego. They then swept the Phillies and Diamondbacks before being swept by Boston in the World Series.
