2002 MLB First-Round Amateur Draft Choices

The first-round picks in the 38th Major League Baseball amateur draft. Franchises that did not sign their first-round selections were awarded a supplemental pick in the next year's draft at the end of the first round, and other supplemental picks were added to the end of the first round based on free-agent signings from the previous offseason.

The first pick was awarded to the worst team in the American or National League, with the picks alternating between leagues based on the reverse order of their finish the previous season.
