21. Daniel Murphy, Mets
2009 stats: .266 batting average, 12 HR, 63 RBI, .740 OPS
Last two years average: .276 batting average, 7 HR, 40 RBI, .770 OPS
Why you should pick him: Only 25, he was one of the brighter spots on a horrible, underachieving team. And he'll get a chance to play every day. Might also be eligible in the outfield in your league.
Why you shouldn't: Not much power. A bench player in the late rounds.
22. Troy Glaus, Braves
2009 stats: .172 batting average, 0 HR, 2 RBI, .491 OPS
Last three years average: .264 batting average, 16 HR, 54 RBI, .838 OPS
Why you should pick him: He's now a starting first baseman for the Braves, changing positions. So he might also be eligible at third base. Hit 27 homers two years ago for Cardinals.
Why you shouldn't: He's a flier and maybe a sleeper. Still just 34 years old. But don't expect too much.
23. Aubrey Huff, Giants
2009 stats: .241 batting average, 15 HR, 85 RBI, .694 OPS
Last three years average: .276 batting average, 21 HR, 88 RBI, .799 OPS
Why you should pick him: Still decent power.
Why you shouldn't: Inconsistent and hit .189 down the stretch with the Tigers last season. Worthy of a late-round flier, and that's it.
24. Lyle Overbay, Blue Jays
2009 stats: .259 batting average, 16 HR, 64 RBI, .838 OPS
Last three years average: .259 batting average, 14 HR, 59 RBI, .774 OPS
Why you should pick him: In a contract year, and you like Blue Jays, perhaps?
Why you shouldn't: Not much power, not much average. A bench-warmer at best.
25. Casey Kotchman, Mariners
2009 stats: .268 batting average, 7 HR, 48 RBI, .721 OPS
Last three years average: .279 batting average, 11 HR, 63 RBI, 766 OPS
Why you should pick him: Hits for a reasonable average and should play every day, at least initially.
Why you shouldn't: If Seattle contends and he doesn't produce above recent levels, the Mariners will probably send him packing, as the Angels, Braves and Red Sox all have already.
26. Carlos Delgado, Free Agent
2009 stats: .298 batting average, 4 HR, 23 RBI, .914 OPS
Last three years average: .267 batting average, 22 HR, 75 RBI, .835 OPS
Why you should pick him: You shouldn't, at least not yet. He's not on a roster and might retire. If he does come back, he's worth a flier late, coming off hip surgery that could affect his power. Without power, he's practically worthless.
Why you shouldn't: And he'll likely not be on a roster in April.
Next five: Ryan Garko, Mariners;
