Average position ranking on other popular fantasy baseball sites: 19

Why he’s not liked: He’s a relative unknown at a position loaded with big names. There’s also the possibility of the dreaded sophomore slump.

Why he should be: Once one of the Indians’ top prospects, Kouzmanoff hit 18 home runs with 30 doubles and 74 RBI as a rookie in San Diego. After the All-Star break, he batted .317 with 11 homers and 37 RBI. He was even better in September and October: a .380 batting average, .441 on-base percentage, four homers and 17 RBI. He should be a fantasy starter by midseason, if not earlier.
